Refunds and returns policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, as when received. Returns are not accepted for opened or used personal care items, as well as gift cards and digital products.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days, though processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

Exchanges and Gifts
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If your item was a gift sent directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the gift was sent to the giver first, any refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included. For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance to guarantee safe arrival, as we are not liable for lost returns.
